The humble beginning of a new addiction
Today is the 19th day of March. The year is 2005....
Seems like it has been ages since blogging came into the limelight. But today is the day I chose to step into the murky yet intriguing world of bloggers and blogs. Not that I haven't been aware of the blogging phenomena; I've been whiling away most of my time going through the blogs of people known and unknown to myself. It's just that after witnessing some of my very close friends coming up with blogs of their own that I finally realized that the time had come for me to change with the world, and switch over from the traditional "maintaining a diary" concept to the modern "maintaining a blog" one!
Not to mention that I'm easily addicted to any activity that I am exposed to, be that computer gaming, sports, working out, reading novels, orkuting or anything which is something for that matter. So the fact that it is 5 AM in the morning right now is enough to jump to a conclusion to that blogging will join the list of my addictions for which there is no panacea!
Here's raising a toast to a new addiction called blogging and an even more miserable life....
